We are a club comprising serving and ex-serving Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and motorcycle support riders. Our club is made up of Service members and Sierra Squad members.
Service Members are described as:
- all persons being ex-servicemen or women, or
- current serving members of the ADF or Commonwealth forces.
Sierra Squad Members are all persons described as:
- not having service,
- service members who do not have a motorcycle, and
- a holding and training cell for all Nominees.
We faithfully follow the Australian Defence Force (ADF) policies on codes of conduct and discrimination, and assist ex-ADF members, Veterans, and their families.
Our Focus is threefold:
Member Welfare: Our club provides a 'safe haven' that creates camaraderie, mateship and commitment. We are a family oriented social club that enjoys riding our motorcycles and the freedom to ride, to bond ,to enjoy the road, and to look after each other.
Veteran Welfare: We provide competent and dedicated welfare, pension and advocacy support to our members, Veterans and Veterans families in partnership with government departments such as DVA. In doing so, we implement our 'Visit a Vet' initiative and provide companionship to older veterans living at home, in age care facilities and other institutions.
We recognise the commitment of our forces in all conflicts, both past and present, and the efforts and sacrifices of our Defence and Police personnel whilst on UN missions.
We also support our Veterans through the Veterans Assistance Centre(VAC) and Veterans Retreat, both being a 'drop in' centre for veterans who need qualified support, familiar surroundings and like-minded company.
National Focus: To plan ahead 30 years to ensure the Club remains sustainable and to grow the Club through purpose, dedication and desire. We also align the Club with other military motorcycle clubs, to unite our common purpose and to build a firm camaraderie between us all.
